- 1 pheasant breast
- 4 rashers of streaky bacon per breast
- Your favourite bbq sauce
- Grated cheese
- Season your pheasant breast with a little salt and pepper then wrap in the bacon.
- Place in an oven proof dish and pour over your favourite bbq sauce and top with grated cheese.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes at 180 or until internal temperature reaches 75 degrees c.
- Rest for 5 minutes and serve with chip or rice.
