The British Game Alliance (BGA) is delighted to announce that it has launched a record book to help members shoots with their audit. The record book comes as part of the BGA welcome pack which aims to support shoots with the auditing process.
The BGA have two very clear objectives; to bring back a value to game produced by shoots and to bring in achievable yet credible self-regulation. A key element in establishing that credibility is regular shoot auditing undertaken by Acoura, who also audit the RSPCA Assured scheme.
The BGA have launched this record book to help shoots collate all the necessary records needed to make the audit process as slick and easy as possible. The aim is to provide shoots with all the information they need in order to help save time and effort in the run up to an audit.
The record book is not all though, the BGA welcome pack also includes the below:
– Talking Game Magazine
– 3 x Badges
– Eat Wild Marketing Flyer
– Laminated Shoot Standards
– Eat Wild Recipe Book
– Letter from Tom
– Letter from Richard Benyon
Tom Adams, BGA Managing Director commented: “The aim of the record book is to support shoot owners as much as we can. We want to provide shoots with all the information to make the auditing process as simple as possible. Self-regulation and shoot standards are crucial in protecting the future of the industry. We hope that all members enjoy our welcome pack and it helps incentivise other shoots to join.”
